To help make this possible, we work with a variety of insurance providers. If we are not a participating provider with your insurance company, we will still help guide you through the claims process. We will provide you with all the necessary documentation, so you can submit your claim to your insurance company.

At Smile Moore Dentistry, we are considered in-network for Cigna, United Concordia, and United Healthcare. We accept all dental PPO plans and many other traditional dental plans. We understand that navigating dental insurance can be confusing, which is why our experienced dental team is here to help estimate your benefits and file your insurance claim before treatment.
We are participating providers for the insurance companies listed above, and if we are out-of-network for your insurance, we will still assist you in filing a claim. Please note that patients are responsible for any cost differences between the insurance benefit and the procedure, and payment is expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made. We also provide various payment options for our patient’s convenience.
