Janice was awesome! Helped get us appointment’s promptly! Hygienist and assistants were helpful and understanding. Dr. Moore explained everything has he performed his procedure. Great chair side manner! Overall, great staff and office.

I had an abutment failure for a dental implant. I had been getting the run around from multiple other dentists offices and oral surgeons. Smile Moore Dentistry came highly recommended from a good friend.

I called on Tuesday afternoon and was not only scheduled for an appointment the next day, but they contacted my oral surgeon to get my implant details, got images sent over from my dentist, and confirmed my insurance IN 24 HOURS!

I was brought straight in at my appointment time and Dr. Moore immediately went to work. I thought I was coming in for another consultation, but within an hour, he had my tooth back on AT A FRACTION OF THE COST compared to the other places I had been to.

They have earned a 5 star review (not something I ever take the time to do) and a customer for life. I wish I had the names of everyone who helped me from initial call to the checking out. A+ Service.

I am thankful to have met Dr. Moore and his team today. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. The office is very clean & soothing. The staff were all smiles, which makes the experience even better. Dr. Moore was direct but gentle in his choice of words. He appreciated how easy he was to talk with and the fact that he didn't act frustrated with my questions. He & his staff came up with a step by step plan for me to get my oral health back under control and I love how simplified they made the process.

Today was my first time going to this dentist and I called last minute for an emergency visit and they were able to get me in within 20 minutes of calling and were so kind! The receptionist was so sweet with helping me make my appointment and do what was best for my time & money. The dentist was amazing and super quick to tell me what the problem was and what the next steps were. I appreciate them getting me in so quick and helping me in an urgent situation. 1000% recommend this dentist and will be back for my cleanings and all other needs!!!

I have been a patient of Dr Moore's for many years, always a friendly and kind atmosphere, that shows genuine concern for me as a patient.

Having move new into the area, I had to experience to know Dr. Moore before hand through church. I was looking for a second opinion on a root canal and came to his office for an examination. I cannot recommend a more thorough dentist then, Dr. Moore. The front office is excellent and helpful, and the hygienists are very professional in their approach for your mouth care. I am a first time customer. The whole staff made me feel very welcome. I was able to do all my paperwork online ahead of time. After a couple of quick X-rays, it was on to the cleaning. Dr Moore did an exam and explained a course of action in 1 area. Everything went very smoothly and I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend Smile Moore to my friends.

This was my first visit. Everyone was very professional, courteous and friendly, both on the phone and in person. Dr. Moore and his staff clearly explained what was going to happen during my procedure. Office was lovely and clean. I highly recommend!

On Monday 1/9/2023, we walked out of Smile Moore Dentistry for the final time. This was done with a tinge of sadness. We moved out of Georgia last fall to be closer to family. While we have had to say goodbye to many people, places and things in Georgia, and second only to our church, we are really going to miss the quality of service we have received from Dr. Moore for the last five years (and we wish we had found him and his staff sooner). At one point, we seriously considered staying with SMD and making the 9-hour round-trip 2x/year to get our teeth cleaned. His office staff is very professional, Dr. Moore is very skilled at his craft and we personally enjoy the Christian music that he plays in his office. He is also the only dentist I have ever been to who can measure, manufacture and cement in a crown in a single visit (90 minutes from start to finish). While I know we will ultimately find a dentist in our new location, we will be fortunate to come across another dental practice half as professional and caring as Smile Moore Dentistry.
